Dr. Frazier completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M, obtained his M.D. from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, and completed his specialty training at the Stanford University Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Program where he was elected chief resident.
He has instructed physicians from around the world on precision spinal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. He is board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Electro-Diagnostic Medicine.
Dr. Frazier is a lifelong Texan and has been married for 20 years to his lovely wife Sarah, who is an occupational therapist. They have two children, Lewis and Anna, as well as a golden retriever and a mutt. Dr. Frazier loves to fish, especially fly fishing for trout and pond fishing for bass.
